Situated in one of Malua Bay's most prime positions is this absolute beachfront home, this is a two story home, no internal access. You have plenty of room for the teenagers and adults alike. Relax and unwind on the wrap around deck where you can smell the crisp clean sea air. Please note this property has no internal stairs. This home is location, location, location. When you arrive park in the 2-3 parking bays out the front walk up the steps and let yourselves in and once you open the curtains you will see what awaits you, your holiday home on the beach. Upstairs you have an open plan living kitchen area walk out to the large balcony, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs are two bedrooms a kitchenette, living area another balcony that is more protected from direct sun and another bathroom. The property offers Wi Fi. If no wifi on arrival please see pre-arrival special instructions email. BEDROOMS Linen is included. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other finished with a Queen bed and single bunk beds. All upstairs rooms have pedestal fans. Downstairs has another 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, ceiling fans all provided. BATHROOMS /LAUNDRY The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and a stand-alone bath to be relaxed in and enjoyed for some downtime. The downstairs bathroom has a shower toilet with a separate laundry that provides a top load washing machine. OUTSIDE On the exterior you have the option of two outdoor areas to sit down and enjoy the beautiful beach outlook. Upstairs balcony and a more protected downstairs balcony. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming. A BBQ is available if required. PETS Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
