the house has been recently renovated and has very cozy indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy peaceful days near the lake on the ground floor: the kitchen, the bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and veranda as well as an outdoor terrace ideal for eating literally in the shade of the olive trees. in the basement a bedroom, a bathroom and a tavern. large and sunny garden surrounded by olive trees from which we produce excellent extra virgin olive oil quiet and quiet area on the edge of the village. pedestrian path to the center (5 min walk) The street where the house is located is a closed road so no passing traffic. the sounds of cicadas crickets and birds will be the only sounds that will keep you company by day and by night
