Large Apartment -close to airport, close to centre

18 mins on direct train to/from Arlanda airport & 14 mins direct (same train) into central Stockholm. 5 mins walk from train station/ Sollentuna’s mall. Large room with own fridge. There is kitchen access but this is limited due to my wife's home baking business, guests may cook more simple foods (e.g. boiling water for pasta, warming something in the oven) We are a friendly/lively family with a young son. I am English and my wife is Bolivian. Swedish, english and spanish are spoken at home Rooms are equipped with double bed (an extra fold-up bed can be arranged too), chair, desk, lamp, bedside table, wardrobe, bed linen, towels, microwave, kettle, coffee and tea. Use of washing also included Apart from the room you will have access to 2 toilets (one with shower) and the kitchen I work 10 minutes away so I am often home early from work. My wife is at home with our son at present so she is always available at home Sollentuna mall is a great and well designed mall with all the shops and facilities. It also has a food court with a really good restaurant (Gården) on the 1st floor for lunch. Other restaurants include a good chinese, O´Learys and Texas Longhorn and a really high class indian restaurant. It’s 10 mins to walk down to the water which is really lovely. There is a small harbour and you can grill and bathe there. There is a LIDL (cheap supermarket) 2 minutes walk away and we are only a couple of stops away on the train line from Friends Arena (for concerts and football) and Mall of Scandinavia for shopping The commuter train (Pendeltåg) is the best and easiest way to get to/from stockholm. But Sollentuna has also a bus terminal with lots of different destinations, perhaps the most popular is the 10min direct bus to Kista which has a big mall and a massive food court (labelled as the biggest restaurant experience in Sweden) Whilst the kitchen is available for use, and you have your own fridge we would prefer it if guests only cooked light and simple meals, no advanced cooking that takes a long time to prepare and cook, as my wife has a small home baking business and the kitchen is often in use. Preferably warming something up in the oven / microwave or simple pasta dishes etc.. Also our son goes to bed around 8:30, and his room is directly opposite the kitchen, so we do say no use of kitchen after then, cos he's easily disturbed.
