The Kosbacher Hütte is the ideal starting point to explore the surrounding mountains - whether skiing and snowboarding in the largest ski area in the Zillertal or hiking and biking in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The Kosbacher Hütte has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus offers space for 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV and a gas-powered tiled stove. After a long day in the mountains, enjoy relaxing moments in your private sauna. The south-facing terrace, equipped with table and benches for 6 people, invites you to sunbathe. From here you have a magnificent view of the magnificent mountains. Due to the central location of the vacation home, you will find cafes and restaurants within walking distance (200-500 m). The Königsleiten village cable car can be reached in 350 m (4 minutes on foot). If the snow conditions are good, a downhill run directly to the house is possible. In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market), which is only 5 minutes walk from the vacation home. The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 18 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 15 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten are the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls. Parking for 2 cars is available below the hut.
