Situated in the hamlet of Lamorrick at the geographical centre of Cornwall, Willow Brook B&B is perfect for visiting both the north and south coast, the Eden project is 7 miles away, Lost Gardens of Heligan 11 miles, and Lanhydrock 5 miles. Perfect for walkers & cyclists the Saints Way & Camel Trail pass nearby. The village of Lanivet is just 1/2 mile away where there is a superb pub the Lanivet Inn and chippy the Welcome Stranger. This lovely pleasant double bedroom has an en-suite. The bedroom has a TV with Freeview, WiFi, USB charging point and a kettle for making tea and coffee. The en-suite has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet, towels and toiletries are provided. The dining room is available for you to use during you stay. Use the dining room for your take away meal or play board games. Outside there is garden decking which runs alongside a stream you can sit here to relax in the evening or take your morning tea or coffee. We are situated near the half way point along the Saints Way in the peaceful hamlet of Lamorrick. The village of Lanivet is half a mile away where you will find The Lanivet Inn, known locally as the Panda is a pub & restaurant also The Welcome Stranger, a fish and chip where you can eat in or take away. Both are highly recommended. Bodmin is 2 3/4 miles away where you will find even more eateries. Breakfast includes full English plus cereals and toast. The Lanivet Inn and The Welcome Stranger both do great food. Bodmin is 2.75 miles away with plenty more eateries. We are just off the A389 about a mile from the A30 at the St Austell/Wadebridge turn off. There is a bus stop half a mile away along the main A389. Bodmin Parkway railway station is 8 miles away. Free parking outside the property. No smoking anywhere in the house. Our 11 year old Cockerpoo Bailey lives with us, he will probably bark when you ring the bell but all he wants is to play with you. He is not allowed in guests rooms or dining area.
