Only 30 minutes away from Rome and easily reached by car, bus or train. The pool, barbecue, alfresco dining and a brand new two-level guest house with private terrace & the separate Suite with Bathroom are some ideas of how you can immerse yourself into a stress free experience or what Italians will describe as a perfect place to enjoy a Dolce Far Niente. While the villa is surrounded by culture and stunning gardens rest assured you will have everything you need to make you feel at home. The guest house offers a large open space on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV, double sofa bed and an additional single sofa bed. All this topped up by a master bedroom suite and a splendid bathroom illuminated by a roof window on the upper floor. Sandra and Maurizio have slow-cooked this sanctuary as they know the perfect house, just like the perfect Bolognese, requires time and they have been obsessed searching for the perfect ingredients to give this villa the unique flavour it has today. They not only love to welcome people, but they can do so in Benvenuto, Welcome, Bienvenido and Bem vindo and apart from these four languages they know everything you will need to know about the area and beyond to make sure you enjoy every minute here. Only Guests have access to the whole area and can't invite people to the property. Sandra & Maurizio are 2 excellent hosts (they speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese). Our villa is 1 our away from both Rome Airports(Fiumicino and Ciampino), the best way to enjoy your stay is renting a car, there are a lot of beautiful place close the Villa to visit, follow some suggestion to better organize your tryp! Sutri, close to the Villa (2 min by car) Here’s an archaeological site few visitors have heard of the Etruscan necropoli of Sutri! One of the key towns of the ancient civilization of Etruria, Sutri today has 64 Etruscan tombs dating all the way back to the 6th to 4th centuries B.C. (that’s 600 years before the current Pantheon was built in Rome!). The Roman amphitheater here is also worth seeing. You will find further information about Sutri and current activities in town when you arrive here.
