King size bed in a large private room with a TV cosy and very quiet safe area private and quiet residential area with good links to city centre would suit workers on temporary contract or attending courses in the city or just somewhere to get your head down after a night out or visiting guests would have access to all amenities within the property Completely up to my guests am happy to socialise or keep my distance if they so wish I am however always available by phone text or email particularly as sometimes I am not at the property quiet and well kept with a large Asda supermarket and other shops within 4 minutes walk buses run frequently every 5 to 10 minutes into the city there are lots of recreational open spaces with Middleton woods and golf course nearby
