Share a modern townhouse with the owner, situated right beside the River Torrens, Adelaide's main river. The celebrated linear park runs along the river, right past the back gate. It's a beautiful peaceful bike ride to the city (20 min leisurely) or the beach (same time). bikes are available as part of your booking. Enjoy the local wildlife that live on the river and in the (Hidden by Airbnb) s right on your doorstep. The home has all the modern amenities, and a few traditional ones like a treasured piano. Your room is at the other end of the first floor to the other bedrooms. There are two rooms if needed. One with a double bed, the other a king single. The main bathroom is yours exclusively to use, something which guests love. It is adjacent to your room, also in a private retreat from the rest of the house, and includes a bath. There is an upstairs landing which catches great light which is available to you, or you can access the main living area and the gorgeous yard. this is a shared area. Previous guests have enjoyed using this area. I live on the property, but your room is at the other end of the house on the second floor. I'm available to set you up in whatever way you need for a memorable stay. The linear park, described above, that goes right by the back gate, is a favourite walking destination for many locals and visitors. Interact with nature in peace, undisturbed by the bustling city nearby. You have access to a garage with remote control if desired, or there is quiet street parking available. You can also use the bikes to ride on the linear park to easily access the city to the east, or the beach to the west. I will assist you with this if it is of interest.
