The Seaside Studio is a totally renovated, well appointed, self-contained studio: • Direct access via garden to public beach • Private, off-street parking • Easy walk to sailing club & marine lake • Easy walk to country park • Good selection of restaurants and pubs in walking distance • Excellent train service to Liverpool and Chester • Quiet, safe neighbourhood • Brand new, well equipped kitchen • Generous walk-in hanging space and baggage store Self check-in available The Seaside Studio was totally renovated to a very high standard, from floor to ceiling in October (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The entire studio, plus parking right outside your door, along with private beach access is included in this rental: • Private access to lobby, leading to private bathroom and main studio • Main studio contains a very comfortable queen size double bed, sofa, arm chair, dining table & chairs, plus a very well appointed kitchen • There is no TV (as it's very difficult to get a good signal in this area). You're welcome to bring your own device, connect to the high speed WiFi and stream media from your iPlayer account, etc. • The kitchen is equipped with excellent storage, a 4-ring electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan and separate, eye-level microwave oven • Electric kettle, toaster, coffee percolator, etc • Iron & ironing board • Hair dryer & straighteners • Separate walk-in hanging space, with lots of storage for your bags • Flexible check-in/out • Onsite washer & dryer (in main house – just ask) I want you to enjoy your stay and encourage you to make yourself at home. You have the complete Seaside Studio to yourself, as shown in the photos and plans. You're welcome to walk through the back garden to access the beach via my own private slipway.
