Beautiful family Villa with a pool

Since we moved to Colorado, we are offering our house to those who would like to enjoy it and take good care of it. The house is fully furnished. The garden has a beautiful pool, a pond and a huge deck for sun bathing and barbecues. The house was completely rebuilt in 2012 before we moved in. All rooms have air-conditioning and the living room has also a fireplace. The house has 4 suites, 3 in the upper level and one in the main level, all with private bathrooms. On the upper level, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom with a shower and a tub. The other 2 rooms have one single bed each with bathrooms with showers. On the main level there is a guest room with a queen size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electric appliances and an attached laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside you have the pool, the porch by the pool, a barbecue and a small bathroom with a shower. Since this is our house we'll keep some private stuff in a locked room upstairs but other than that, you'll have all the house and garden for yourself, except the small hut on the west side of the garden, we use as a storage and working shop. Since we are living in Colorado, we will be available by email and by phone. Dona Gilda, our housekeeper which works with us for over 20 years, will greet you upon your arrival and will come every other weekday for housekeeping and can also assist you on any matters that may come up. The Villa is very close to the sea and to the center of the small village, São João do Estoril where you can find the pharmacy, the barbershop, the post office and, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc. In a short walk you can get to the beach where it also starts the seaside promenade, with several bars and restaurants, that will take you up to Cascais. At nights you'll have the option to go experience the seafood in a cosy restaurant in Cascais or attend a live show at Casino do Estoril. You'll be at a walking distance (4 minutes) from the train station of São João do Estoril which connects to Lisbon (30 minutes) or Cascais (8 minutes). By car you'll be a short drive from the A5 highway, Estoril exit. Our house is next to a small private primary school and there is the occasional children's noise during recess. On Mondays the pool maintenance comes in the morning around 10 AM and Dona Gilda opens the door for them. On Wednesday mornings, around 8 AM our gardner will tend the garden.
