Good WIFI. Colourful, comfortable & clean. Delightful open plan home, overlooking rainforest garden. The house sits high on the hill at the Grange which is a gorgeous pocket of Brisbane. The entire main residence including large, open kitchen with views onto the rear deck and beyond. Three bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining opening onto large rear deck with a lovely cane lounge and magical daybed. The main bedroom has french doors onto the rear veranda letting in the beautiful breezes and a nature view from bed. All bedrooms are separate and private from the other (they don't share adjoining walls). Sunken, private and leafy courtyard. I am only too happy to assist with your questions and requests. Our neighbourhood is full of heritage houses. We live in a quiet street with very little passing traffic. The hills in this area are steep so great if you enjoy a good workout with your morning walk! There is a bus stop within about 200 metres from the house. Uber is great or take a taxi. You can also park and ride at one of the local train stations. (Alderley, Newmarket, Wilston or Wooloowin). Essentials (on entry): hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tissues. We have resident party animal possums. If you here boom, boom, boom at night it is our furry friends up late (possums are nocturnal). They climb in the trees and cross powerlines and rooftops! There is another fully self contained accommodation on the lower level that has a separate entry. The laundry is a shared space.
