Located strategically at west Surabaya, near Supermall Pakuwon, the second biggest shopping mall in Surabaya. We have two units side by side, each unit has two bedrooms and able to accomodate up to 3 persons each. We have installed Wifi and cable TV recently in both apartments. Completed with AC in each bedroom and also in the living room. Water heater is also available in the bathroom. Laundry, restaurants, minimarket, and coffee shop are available in the neighbourhood by walking distance. The Apartment has two bedrooms and one share bathroom. It’s located in West Surabaya area which is a new extended city center in Surabaya beside Central Surabaya. You can find almost everything in West without having to go to the city centre. The apartment also have gym and swimming pool facilities which are free to use. Currently, for security reason, the apartment has installed fingerprint reader in the main lobby, elevator and gym/pool. The only access is with fingerprint access which you can register upon your arrival with my assistance during office hour only. We live nearby the apartment. The apartment is strategically located at West-Surabaya, which is now considered as the central business district of Surabaya. Just 2 minutes away from Jalan H.R. Mohammad, the biggest artery road connecting Central and West-Surabaya. In addition, the apartment location is only 5-10 minutes away from the highway exit (Tol Satelit). You can find almost anything in West Surabaya area, including the second largest shopping mall in Surabaya, which is Pakuwon Mall, hip cafes, best coffee place to hang out, great restaurants, supermarket, and even traditional market to shop your daily grocery needs. Supermal Pakuwon Indah is only 8 minutes away by car, Lenmarc is only 2 minutes away by car, or you can walk to Lenmarc since there’s a pedestrian provided. National Hospital is 10 minutes away by car. Pasar Modern (traditional market to buy your daily grocery needs) is located at Puncak Permai, which is 10 minutes away by car. Supermarket like Transmart, Hokky, Papaya, Ranch Market are all within 5-10 minutes by car. Special rate for monthly/yearly rental Parking fee is excluded.
