Need to get away from it all? Stay in a Four bedroom home on 50 acres of farming land. Enjoy the tranquility along with amazing views of the Valley and the surrounding gardens. Ski fields not too far away for a day trip! Nestled High in the Highlands 690m above sea level, our large farm house retreat that’s all yours. An easy 2 Hours drive N.E of Melbourne. It is the ideal place to unwind, take in the views and relax. Sleeps 10 Comfortably. 3 rooms having queen beds and the fourth room with 2 double beds.., it’s a home for a larger family or groups. No other dwellings are on the property and the nearest Neighbour is 600m away. The annual Yea to Seymour via highlands bicycle marathon, annual Scouts mud bash and the Ruffy Festival in December. Plenty to do and see. Fishing on the Goulburn River, hiking Black State Forest or enjoy Yea township. Seymour not far away with many attractions. Mt Bulla not too far away for a day out in the snow fields. Sleeps 12 People- Includes Sofa bed for 2 3 Rooms have Queen beds 4th Room has two Double beds Sofa bed in the lounge if needed that sleeps 2 The House is self catering with a fully equipped kitchen and Washing Machine. The closest place to purchase provisions is in Yea which is a 15 min drive from the home. Aircon, wood heater during season autumn, winter and spring. Bedrooms all have heating available if required. Both showers have a step to enter, the only step you will find around the home. All garbage to be placed in the garage, garbage bags provided. Hosts are available via mobile if needed. We love the peace and tranquility the home offers. There is plenty to see and do if you want to venture out. Fishing the Goulburn River for Trout and Cray fish only 5 minutes drive on ghin ghin road Bridge towards Yea. Many activities to do around the area from bike riding, local wineries to sample, bush walking or just relaxing. Take a drive down to the Goulburn River for some Trout Fishing only 5 minutes away. MT Bulla 1hr 45 minutes away. 39 Minutes to Ruffy, 1 hr to Bonnie Doon. Bring your bicycles and adventure-around the property or day trip to either Seymour or Yea. Enjoy! Bed linen, Pillows, Toilet paper and hand soap provided. We are also fortunate to have crystal clear spring water bore, safe to drink and crispy cold. BBQ and Outdoor table setting to soak up the wonderful views Free coffee, Tea, milk and sugar for your convenience. Bird house out the front with local king parrots and rosella’s frequently visiting. Fire place and outdoor fire pit are not to be used during fire restrictions seasons. If fire brigade is called due to open outdoor fire during restrictions, all associated costs will be charged to guests. NO FIREWORKS to be let off at anytime. At no time should guests remodel our home by moving beds, furniture in doors and out doors. Mobile phone coverage is great with Telstra but not the best with Optus or vodka phone..
