My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and bus. travelers. Check in lock box. SUPER KING BED or (split beds plus $10.00/night) Our guests rave about our comfy bed. When the wool electric blanket is on bed, the bed is firmer. (electric blanket can be removed) White Linen COMMERCIALLY CLEANED @ $25 per week. Breaky available on request $12.00/person -any food allergies? PLEASE NO shower hose outside of cubicle. PLEASE reduce the cooking smells by cooking spicy food on deck thank you. Please make request if children are staying! We offer an Elegantly Designed Studio Room, consisting of Super King bed, table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and TV and 2 luggage racks. Full length mirror. Beautiful bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. Kitchenette has good sized fridge/freezer, microwave, induction element (with induction saucepan), airfryer, rice cooker, toasted sandwich maker, electric jug, toaster, utensils and plates. Please note there is no running water in the kitchenette - you can access hot/cold water from sink on deck. An electric iron/ironing board and hair dryer. Wifi is also available. On the PRIVATE semi enclosed deck is a separate sink with both hot & cold running water, Gas BBQ wi6th Stove top Element included for cooking. Makes for great summer living. There is also a 3 segment rubbish container for recycling etc. We take a lot of pride in our home environment. My Husband Ray is both a Gardener and an Artist. I work in the Interior Design Industry. We offer the same HIGH STANDARD to our Guests we expect for ourselves. When you arrive at our home, you may park up drive. We have a high black wooden fence. Enter through the wooden gate, follow the path to the Pergola, then up the steps to Studio Room. Access to Studio Room is through Ranchslider. Your bed will be made up with freshly commercially laundered sheets and towels. You are welcome to enjoy our lovely garden while you are with us. I work from home so usually available if you require anything and of course only a phone call away. Enjoy you stay. We are here of you need us. I hope you will feel at home in our lovely Studio Room. We have AWESOME neighbours. The GREEN/PURPLE LINE BUS stops 2 houses from our gate. This bus takes you to the central city via Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, and then on the the Seaside town of Sumner. Also to and from the airport. There is free roadside parking available outside our gate. At present our studio is air controlled via DVS System. We take pride in finding the best duvet covers for a comfy rest. PLEASE DO NOT use shower hose outside of shower cubicle. PLEASE USE BLACK FACE CLOTH to remove any makeup, tanning lotion etc. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED FOR STAINED TOWELS OR BED LINEN. PLEASE do not use bathroom fan unless essential as noise vibrates through wall. There is a shower dome in place so PLEASE LEAVE SHOWER DOORS OPEN for 20mins after use so the moisture can evaporate. Thank you. We supply Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Please put you rubbish in correct bins located beside garage. While you are our guests please be sure to ventilate the Studio daily.
