Fully equipped kitchen finished with a sleek black caesar stone bench top, mirror splashback and gas cook top. Many features are for your comfort! Cottage is separate to the main house. It has its own keyless entry pad. Great for a privacy or isolation. We have two large dogs but they can't get to the granny flat. However, the property doesn't allow any pets. Gates around the house need to be shut at all times for the dogs. Due to the one bedroom arrangement, place is only suitable for one adult or couple. No parties can be held at the property. Our property is located in a very handy spot, 10 mins walk to Chelmer train station (16mins ride to Central), 10 mins walk to popular Brisbane River walk and many parks, 5-10 mins walk to coffee shop, restaurant and 5 mins drive to Graceville famous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, gym, medical centre, hair salon, pharmacy, corner shops, butcher and more, 5 mins drive to Indooroopilly Shopping centre which is a major regional shopping centre, 15 mins drive to UQ, 5 mins walk to AFL club, Cricket club and Western Netball court and many more! Chelmer training station is 10 mins walking distance. There are buses as well near the street however, our suburb is heavily relying on the train so buses are not frequent enough. Chelmer is one zone , 7th stop from Brisbane CBD and takes about 16 mins. If you catch Ola or Uber to the city, will cost you around $20-25.
