Brand new apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms with external Finnish sauna and Hot tub. It can accommodate 4-6 people. Enjoy your own private outdoor 30 sqm deck area with grill and seating. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen / living area and no need to worry about basic spices, olive oil or tea. Everything waits for you there. Perfectly situated on the outskirts of Pribylina village, in the heart of Liptov area, right between High and Low Tatras. Apartment A is situated on the first floor, there is few steps to take to access the main door. In the lobby area are available: books, blankets, drawing books and toys for kids. The apartment is perfectly designed to satisfy your needs and comfort. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen / living where is a sofa, dinning table, and foldable couch - bed where another 2 people can comfortably sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped plus all the basic cooking ingredients and spices are there too. Espresso coffee and organic tea will make your day. Enjoy:) Enjoy the space outside, large garden and own private terrace with grill. Secured car park will give you peace of mind and kids with love our playground and trampoline. Of course Wifi, Netflix, Sat TV and variety of games will save you in case of a bad weather. You can access the whole outside area. There is large car park, garden, outdoor games, kids playground and deck chairs. The apartment A has its own private front deck area 30sqm with grill and seating. There is a small exercise room available to use free of charge as well as the laundry room with washing machine. Host does not live in the property, so the clients have all their time and space for themselves. In case you need some help or have special wishes or requirements, I will help at any time and make sure that all your needs are full- filled even though I might not be present at all times. My phone number is accessible 24/7. Apartment A - Serenity is in a complex of 3 apartments. Its situated In Pribylina village on the side. From one side neighbours with other houses and from the west it has the garden, car park and gazebo. This area has great views to the mountains and hills. The sunset there is beautiful. There is a public transport available running few times a day to various locations. We also offer transport (for a charge) to and from your activities or we organise transport from and to the airports. We are family of three, I Vladimíra, my husband Jaco and Eva, our daughter. We travelled extensively across the world and stayed in many great places. Serenity accommodation is the culmination of all the great experiences we had from different places we stayed at, and we want to share this with you. The word Serenity means state of being calm, peaceful and untroubled, positive state of mind.
