Welcome to the house Ferienglück. Our non-smoking apartment (about 45 m²) is suitable for 1-3 persons and consists of kitchen, living area with dining area, couch and satellite TV, bedroom with comfortable sofa bed for a third person and a bathroom with bath / WC. On balmy summer evenings you can make yourself comfortable on the balcony. For arrivals of more than 3 people, it is possible to enlarge the apartment by another double room with private bathroom / WC (total 23 m²) and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your daily meals, as well as a fridge with 3 * freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Of course, corresponding cutlery and crockery are also part of the equipment. A parking lot at the house and a garaging for bicycles / skis, sledges are available. Welcome to the house Ferienglück. Our cozy Non smoking apartment is suitable for 2-3 persons and can be extended by adding another room for up to five people. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. You live centrally but quiet. You park your car right in front of the apartment. Almost all facilities of Bad Kohlgrub are within walking distance.
