Basic family holiday home at the lake of Idro. LOCATION Our basic family-friendly holiday home is located in a small private villa in an enclosed area. The complex provides: A swimming pool, a parking lot, a park, a playground, a tennis table, a washing machine and a barbecue area (for general availability). The distance to two of the beaches at the lake of Idro is 50 and 100 meters (sand and small pebbles). The nearest shops and the weekly market are available in 5 km distance (centre of Idro), the pizzeria restaurant in 100 m as well and on the beach bar with fast food 100 m. The owners of the holiday home live directly in the complex in a separate fenced area and have a watch dog. Pets of guests are not allowed on the property. DESCRIPTION OF THE HOLIDAY HOME House type "rowhouse" with a total area of about 80 sqm under one roof with other houses, but with a separate entrance and with a private terrace which is opposite of the pool. The house consists of two floors, a living room with a kitchen unit, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pantry, a terrace and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 8 people. If you would like to accommodate more people, we can provide you with an additional apartment in our complex (Please, make request about the availability and additional pricing information). ON THE GROUND FLOOR there are: A LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed 1.5 x 2.0 m for 2 people, a wardrobe, a dining table, chairs for 8 people and a kitchen (kitchen unit). THE KITCHEN: Is equipped with a medium-sized refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, a toaster, a simple set of pots and cookware for 8 people, with electric kettle and a coffee machine. In addition, a starter set of: Salt, oil, spices, detergent, kitchen towels. 1 BEDROOM on the ground floor with: Double bed 1.6 x 2.0 m for 2 people, Bunk bed 0.80 x 1.9 m for 2 people, bed tables, chair, wardrobe, mirror, lamp BATHROOM: WC, bidet, shower, sink, mirror, bath rug. STORAGE: Broom with dustpan, mop, detergents, drying rack TERRACE: Plastic tables and chairs for 8 people ON THE SECOND FLOOR there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom: 2ND BEDROOM: Double bed 1.40 x 2.0 m for 2 people, chair, wardrobe, mirror, lamp 3RD BEDROOM: Bunk bed 0.90 x 2.0 m for 2 people bed shelves, chair, wardrobe, mirror, lamp 2ND BATHROOM: WC, bidet, shower, sink, mirror, bath rug, hair dryer BALCONY: Plastic table and 2 chairs OUR REGULATIONS: Our houses are private (we are not a hotel) and are meant for a restorative family holiday. Therefore, it is decided to observe silence from 23.00 till 09.00. CHECK-IN: 17:00 - 20:00 (unless otherwise agreed). CHECK-OUT: 09:00 - 10:00 (unless otherwise agreed). RECEPTION OF HOME / APARTMENT FOR RENT AND RETURN TO THE OWNER: We let our holiday home on following agreement: You should leave the holiday home as you have found it (IN THE SAME CONDITION). A deposit of 200 EUR (in cash) has to be paid upon the receipt of the keys for the holiday home. After the reception of the keys we recommend that you check the completeness as well as functionality and cleanliness of the holiday home. Starting with the use of the house, claims for cleanliness are NO longer accepted. Articles and belongings available in villas and apartments are not allowed to be taken out (to the street, to the beach to other villas and apartments etc.). The return and inspection of the holiday home will be carried out at a specified time when the tenant has completely left the house. The deposit will be refunded after verification (if no damage has been caused). If the customer intends to leave at an unusual time, the owner will independently carry out the check at a reasonable time for him. In this case, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (if no damage has been caused). WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COSTS: Gas for the kitchen, cold and hot water (for normal usage) "Starter package" for the specified number of persons: Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, a starter set for the kitchen (we do not provide cooking products). WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COSTS: Everything that was not included in the previous paragraph for example: Changing bed linen or towels, refill of the kitchen starter set, use of the washing machine, tourist taxes. ELECTRICITY: For the electricity consumption you pay based on the meter readings at approx. 0.40 euros per kilowatt hour. It is not permitted to use electrical devices with a high consumption of electricity, e.g. electrical barbecue equipment, electrical heaters or charging of electrical vehicles. SWIMMING POOL: The use of the shower is mandatory before entering the pool. Children are only allowed to stay in the pool or playground under the supervision of their parents. Not allowed: - jumping into the pool, - the use of boats or mattresses, etc. (the use support / rescue equipment is allowed), - to wash your feet and shoes in the pool, - to use the pool during its service (cleansing), - to use glass, fragile items (glasses, cups, etc.) by the pool, - to throw objects (rocks, sticks, paper, etc.) into the pool, - to hold the equipment around the pool (sun umbrellas, deck chairs, tables, chairs) without use. GRILL PLACE, A FIREPLACE FOR BARBECUE Public use, under the Self-service conditions: that is, after use (when cool) it should be cleaned. ANIMALS: We do not accept pets. On the territory of our complex there are some wild animals and birds. These should not be caught or disturbed. TV Wi-Fi INTERNET: We do not offer these services. However, you can bring and use your own electronical devices. HEATING: Not available SECURITY: We do not take responsibility for your safety or your property while you are spending your holiday with us. We recommend using the services of your insurance companies if you need it. Our facility is for your safety and the safety of your belongings completely fenced. For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not open the doors to the facility to strangers. These basic regulations are designed to avoid various of unpleasant situations during your holiday with us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. By booking our accommodation, you agree with these terms and regulations. Otherwise, we recommend that you choose a different place for your holiday. As the property owners, in case of a failure to comply to our rules, we reserve the right to give up to our guests the use of our property, without the return of pre-paid sums.
