Private room in France near Geneva

Room, shower room and WC exclusive to the guest. Family area and kitchen not available but we are happy to chat and give information on places to eat and drink in the area. The house is in a very quiet area. Room has comfortable double pull-out bed, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Fifteen minute drive to the border with Switzerland and Geneva airport. Car needed as no public transport. One very friendly labrador. Room 10 m2, directly next to front door so no need to walk through family area. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Towels provided. Room, shower and WC only. Happy to chat, give advice on surrounding area etc Extremely quiet estate comprising 34 houses. Orchards at the end of the garden. You will sleep very well. No public transport available Very convenient if you have your own transport if you have business in Geneva. 25 minutes to UN, 10 minutes to CERN.
