Very nice and comfortable apartment in a renewed villa with garden, close to the Ciammarita beach (500 m) on the wonderful Castellamare Gulf. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sea life and discovering cultural Sicilian beauties! The apartment is at the first floor of the villa. It is composed of: 1 living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and everything you may need to prepare your breakfast or lunch. 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with a single bed. 1 very nice bathroom with a large shower. 1 large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a practical sofa bed for hosting another person. From the living room you have access to a large terrace with see view where you can relax yourself during the all day! The apartment is completely independent. Furthermore, hosts can have access to the other areas present at the ground floor of the villa: - bathroom with huge shower - laundry - wood-burning oven - barbeque One covered car parking is also included. The apartment is in a quiet place close (3 Km) to Trappeto, a traditional Sicilian sailor village where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The location is very easy to reach by car from both Palermo and Trapani airports. It is strategic for nature/culture holidays; perfect for enjoying the see and exploring the historical beauties of Sicily (Zingaro Marine Nature Reserve, Segesta Greek temples, Monreale cathedral). Furthermore, we are very close (500m) to a 4km-long sand beach. It is free but there are bars and there is the possibility to rent chairs and parasols.
