Spacious sunny bedroom, with two windows looking onto garden. Close to Manly beach, shops and buses. A 25 minute walk into Manly. Bus stop to Manly, city and ferry outside the house. Local supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes walk. The house is newly renovated and quiet, with a sense of space. Separate lounge room with fireplace. Large sun room / dining room with balcony. I have a cat - he keeps to himself. The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed. There is storage space, and two gorgeous windows looking onto plants and garden. Access to all parts of the house. It is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Short walk to Harbour bush tracks and very close to to Fairlight and Forty baskets Beaches. Manly beach and ferry is a 10 minute bus ride or 25 minute walk. City express buses, restaurants and large shopping centre are 5 minutes walk from house. It is 5 minute walk to the main road where there are express buses to the City and Manly. There is also a local Manly bus stop outside the house. There is plenty of street parking. But if you’d like off street parking (in driveway) please let me know.
