Very nice house, recently built in a modern style and surrounded by rice paddies, the perfect place for travellers looking for a quiet and relaxing place. Travellers will enjoy the traditional khmer gazebo with its hammock and the big barbecue located in the garden. The house has an independant entrance with a large common terrace equipped with a table and sofas. The two bedrooms have a double bed, aircon and fan, and private bathrooms equipped with a shower and hot water. There is also an outside shower with cold water and a second private terrace on the first floor. Travellers can enjoy some tea and coffee and 2 small fridges are at their disposal. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa and an extra mattress can be added upon request. This modern and recently built house is very nice to live in and will allow travellers to relax in the garden comprising a barbecue, fruit trees as well as a traditional khmer gazebo with a hammock. Travellers have access to the entire house, the common terrace in the entrance and the garden. We will be there to chat and help travellers as best as we can. The house is located in the middle of rice paddies yet remains conveniently accessible to shops and most of Kep attractions (6km from the beach, 8km from crab market, 4km from Kep national park, 3km from Kep market). Possibility to rent a motorbike or bicycle at the house. Breakfast optional. Dinner can be delivered to the house.
