Bayside Minimalism

Bay Road is a secluded bayside pocket in Sydney's exclusive Canada Bay region. I've personally owned my apartment for 9 years and have loved every minute spent in this region and the space I've created and would love to share this part of the world with guests. As I travel the globe I'll periodically make my personal bedroom available for guests to enjoy this minimal sanctuary I've created. I'm leasing our my meticulously styled and furnished bedroom whilst I travel the USA. The apartment and indeed the bedroom has been furnished and styled with a strong nod to minimalism. - Ample storage in the double ceiling height robe and 5 x drawer chest of drawers. - Incredible bay views across Five Dock Bay through to the Gladesville Bridge. - Pure linen pillow + quilt cover. - Luxurious mattress worth over 3K - no cheap foam here! Access to private bedroom + common kitchen and bathroom, shared with one other occupant. Kelvin my flatmate (who occupies the other room in the apartment) works a 9-5 role so will be unavailable during those hours but is home most evenings and infrequently on weekends. I'll typically be available for contact depending on where in the world I am! The wider Canada Bay area has more parks and waterfront outdoor areas than any pocket within Sydney. Wherever you look, there's an incredible bay to explore - or of course the famous 'Bay Run' a 15 minute walk away. The 504 city service bus gets you to Sydney's CBD within 20-25 mins depending on the time of day you travel.
