Amazing Victorian House - huge rooms & great views

Our home is half of a wonderful Arts and Crafts house from the late Victorian era. South facing, fine views to the sea, large landscaped gardens, chickens laying fresh eggs daily, open fires, sauna, a gorse covered hill and 3 minutes to the beach! If you're wanting a relaxing place to unwind, a space for family and friends to get together or some focussed time for your business team, this could be the place for you. The price is for 9 people, a small charge is made for extra guests. Our home is an unusual property with many fine features from the William Morris movement. It's grand without being fussy - definitely a house to relax in - we like our guests to feel at home. There are great fireplaces, a sauna, large baths, great views and a very comfortable farmhouse kitchen. In the garden there are a number of tables and chairs, a warming fire pit, pond full of wildlife, fruit trees and a vegetable plot. Please eat whatever is ready. You can sit in the front or rear gardens and follow the sunshine. This is a busy family home, not a show home and not kept solely for renting so it will be lived in BUT there'll also be cooking oil and tea bags and toys for the beach and wellingtons etc. A real home from home. Please expect a lived-in feel and the cupboards and wardrobes to be full of our things etc. You'll have access to: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and snug, the gardens and the garage which has a full sized slate bed pool table. There is off-road parking for three cars and you can also park on the road outside of the house. The house will be vacated of people completely. We will make space in one wardrobe free but we'll have our things in the other wardrobes and drawers as this is a lived in family home. Great neighbourhood, friendly, quiet but with plenty to do. Very family friendly with a beach, play park, duck lake, swimming pool, supermarkets, gourmet restaurants and a great fish and chip shop. There's also a sea water enclosed marine lake offering sailing, windsurfing and stand up paddle boarding. The train to Liverpool and Chester is a 30 minute walk away - good road connections. The house is great for getting to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester & North Wales. If you are renting the whole house please be aware that someone will come in through the side gate to feed the chickens and collect eggs daily. You're welcome to collect and keep the eggs while staying, please let us know. This is not a show home, it has a lived in feel and what it lacks in pristine decor it more than makes up for in comfort and ease. Shoes off upstairs please to protect carpets and please ensure that no one wears stilettos in the house - we have beautiful wooden floors and they damage them. Thank you.
