Natural light fills this charming space, nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean in an amazing area. The kitchen is open to the dining room, so it's great to enjoy the space while you are cooking. Stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, toaster & dishes/cups/utensils included). The bedroom has one Queen size bed with brand new mattress. Sheets and towels provided. Wifi is included. In case you might need it, there's a laundromat attached to the building. Flexible with check in/check out times, I'll be easily reachable any time. Walking distance to Canal de L'Ourcq (nice bars and restaurants by the water) and the magnificent Buttes Chaumont park, where you also can enjoy drinks and food ! The L5 metro is just 1mn away, but you can also rent bikes or scooters nearby (let me know if you need more info about this).
