Semi nice apartment in typical Ibiza´s house, San Rafael. It´s well placed in the heart of the island. (10 minutes by car from Ibiza and San Antonio). As a typical house of the island, we have renovable solar energy which is enough for basic needs. If you are searching for a quiet place in the nature next to two big discotheques and closed to good places with Ibiza s ambience but in a tipycal house with tolerant and flexible owners, that s your place ! We are smokers and we have 4 cats. The entrance is shared.. Private Big living room with sofa double bed and other big sofa linked to a big fresh terrasse.Private toilets and hot bath with poor pression and for the private shower cold water). The hot water shower is shared with us downstairs. There is a private other big room up to 4 more guests. Price to be nehotaiate. Big wild garden. There are still things to improve .. It is not a five stars house. So the place is not perfect, like human being :-) So if you want a special experience and share a hippie life, you are welcome ! Really GOOD VIBES and liberty ! PS : better to have a car or moto, even if you like to walk, the bus is at 1,5kms.
