Little Laburnum offers luxurious 5* B&B accommodation in a recently redecorated private garden annexe set in the grounds of a 17th Century village cottage in rural Somerset. Tastefully furnished with EITHER superking or twin bed options, Little Laburnum also has an ensuite bathroom, wifi, TV and tea & coffee facilities. A homemade breakfast using local produce in served in the Garden Room of the main house. **Covid Secure Property** Little Laburnum is a self-contained 5*B&B with its own private entrance. It is deep cleaned in between each stay. A socially distanced continental breakfast can be provided in your room, if preferred, and an evening meal can be provided by prior arrangement. There is plenty of off road parking. Guests have access to the garden for relaxation. Mobile coverage is weak. WiFi in bedroom and landline in main house can be used within reason. We like to ask guests to join us for a glass of wine or cup of tea if situation permits. We are always available for help and advice. Nestled in Westcombe, a small village in rural Somerset about an hour from Bath, the BandB overlooks a pretty garden with outdoor seating and offers a tranquil countryside escape but also has access to many local attractions so you can do as much or as little as you like. There is no bus service from the village, but taxis can be pre booked. The Paddington Line runs to Bruton, which is 3 mls away, and pickups can be organised. The train also runs between Bruton and Bath or Bristol. Next door is Westcombe Dairy with newly built cheese cave and robot. Tours of the factory and cheese tasting are available on request. ‘Wild Beer’ are also operating there with beer tastings on request. Hauser and Wirth’s gallery and restaurant are only 3 miles away in the historic village of Bruton whilst ‘The Newt ‘country estate and gardens are also just down the road. Wells, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole are also within an easy drive.
