You won't be disappointed!! Quiet safe location with private backyard. Our apartment is spacious, is very close to public transport and is located in one of Adelaides most prestigious suburbs. Less than 10 mins by tram to vibrant jetty road, 20 mins to city. The apartment is single story so there are no steps and you have your own car park adjacent to the apartment. It is in a quiet, safe location, no traffic noise to interrupt your sleep but still close to the action. Bed comfort excellent with electric blankets. Queen bed in the master bedroom. Double bed in the second bedroom. Heating & cooling to all areas. No sleepless nights during Australia's hot summer nights. Seperate lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry & toilet. Excellent laundry with new washer& drier. There is a small back yard with clothes line. Newly renovated back yard with pergola and paving. Small electric BBq available on request.. The best part is that the apartment is in a small group in a quiet, safe location. There is an allocated car park adjacent to the apartment plus a guest car park at the entrance to the complex. There is a convenient self check in system. The key is located in a security safe on the wall next to the front door. I will text the code to you prior to your arrival. On your exit day please leave towels in the shower, beds left unmade, lock the doors & windows and place the keys in the security safe. It is within walking distance of a convenient shopping precinct at the end of the street that has a supermarket, hair dresser & fast food shops. The Morphett Arms Hotel is about 3 minutes walk and is a great spot for a meal or a drink with friends or alternatively jetty road is a trendy shopping area boasting numerous restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques etc. The tram is an excellent way to travel to the city or onto the Adelaide Oval for the football, cricket or a concert ... or travel onto the Entertainment Centre for a show. It's all so easy from this location. Morphettville race course is only minutes away by car as is the SA Aquatics Centre, Marion shopping centre. Flinders Medical Centre is around 15 - 20 mins by car. There is plenty for the kids to enjoy at Glenelg.... the beach, fun park, school holiday activities & DaCosta reserve is a comfortable walk for a family picnic spot and play space. Access to public transport is excellent! The bus stop to the city or popular, vibrant jetty road is at the front of the complex and is a minute away. The popular tram is a 6 minute walk and only 2 stops to jetty road or 25 minutes to the city. There is a bus to the Marion shopping centre & Aquatics centre on Morphett road that is less than 4 minutes walk to bus stop. All these places are 5 to 7 minutes by car. The Morphettville Race Course is a few minutes by car. You have the entire apartment to yourself. Because the parking can be a bit tight we are allowing guests to use of the garage that has an access door into the building. The garage has an automated roller door... No need to leave your car, press the button and drive into the garage then enter the apartment through the access door. Safe, secure & convenient. Please note that the parking isn’t suitable for large vehicles eg. utilities or big 4 wheel drives. We have a SUV Suberu Forrester that we park in the garage. Large vehicles must be parked at the front of the complex ... but still within the complex walls ( not on street) so are secure. I don't live nearby but I am readily available by phone or text. Excellent access to public transport...bus & brilliant tram. Very close to vibrant Jetty Road, beach, Aquatics Centre, Marion Shopping Centre, Morphettville Race Course, 15 mins to Airport, 15 -20 mins to city or Flinders Medical Centre, 10 mins to Castle Plaza. Small shopping centre on Morphett Road with Super Markets, Coffee Shop opposite Morphett Arms Hotel a 5 minute walk. Alternatively another shopping centre at the end of the street at Scott's Corner with two fast food outlets, hairdresser, Chemist, IGA, dry cleaner, within walking distance. DaCosta reserve for family picnic & play space. It's a great location!. The tram is a 7-10 minute walk & so convenient to get to city, beach, Entertainment Centre, Adelaide Oval for football or cricket. Bus stop 1 min. walk. Allocated car park & garage space. Seperate lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry & toilet. Excellent all new laundry facilities for busy people on the move. The whole apartment has newly installed, reverse cycle air conditioning. A comfortable temperature whatever the weather... in a quiet location that is conducive to a good nights sleep.
