We fully maximize the space with two semi-bedroom setup. One has a double bed and the other a bunkbed. There is a sofa bed to ensure a good sleep for all guests. Effective March 05, 2020: Grand Videoke now available inside the unit. Swimming pool rate excluded 50.00 Php/head. A one-time passcode for the digital lock will be provided to gain access to the unit. This passcode is for one-time use only. Please make sure to use the provided keycard. For Grab, please input The Avenue Residences Bldg 5 for Destination. The place is very accessible since there is a UV Express terminal TRINOMA-SANGANDAAN ROUTE just across the community. From Trinoma mall, just ride the UV Express and in just 10-15 minutes you arrive at your destination. From Tandang Sora-Commonwealth, there is a jeepney terminal going to Sangandaan. Fare is 12 pesos and drop-off place is in Shell gas station. Just cross road to Mang Inasal. From there, you are just a few blocks away from the condominium. Limited parking space. Please notify me ahead if you will be bringing a car so I can reserve a parking space for you. Parking space rental is 250 per night. Kindly leave the payment on the center table if I won't be able to meet you the entire stay. Swimming is exclusive for unit owners from Friday to Sunday. Close every Monday for cleaning and maintenance. Swimming pool access depends on government declaration of quarantine alert level. Changes may vary from time to time.
