The open-plan living/dining & kitchen area flows seamlessly out to the East facing private balcony. We have a separate laundry . Those looking for a security will love the electronic pedestrian entry and the internal lift from the basement car park. It is a wonderful place to unwind but also close to the Brisbane CBD by public transport ..etc. The complex has 4000 m2 of private gardens. It is so spacious 108 m2 modern apartment in the 1st floor (with a lift) , suitable for wheelchair access from the garage , front door and apartment door. The guests will use the full apartment. Sherwood is one of the best suburbs in the western part of the city. Surrounded by parks and beautiful old homes. The average cost of home in the area is $900,000. Walking distance to train and bus .Shops , banks and restaurants on walking distance . Twenty minutes to CBD by train. The apartment is close to a Woolworth supermarket , wine shop , fishmonger , bank, chemist, cafes and a few restaurants. You will enjoy a nice, quiet and relaxing space surrounded by gardens and public parks. Excellent place to relax after visiting the busy Brisbane CBD. Please note we try to clean our apartment with a minimum amount of chemicals using organic biodegradable , non allergic cleaning products .
