The historic luxury villa is surrounded by its own amazing park located on a territory of 4.5 hectares. Next to the house there is a large pool, designed for 20 people. Size is 18/8m. In the villa there are 6 bedrooms 3 from them are suits . One is large suit and two others have two rooms -bedroom and living room . Each bedroom has its own bathroom . Also on the ground floor there is a guest bathroom. The house has two stairs. The main staircase leads to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with a fireplace with its own bathroom, two guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One bedroom also has a fireplace and a terrace and another balcony. The second staircase is located in another part of the house and leads to the first floor and also the second floor. The third floor has three bedrooms, two of which have their own living rooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also on the floor there is a study and another living room. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The town remained under the dominion of the Church (except Napoleonic period) until 1860. The historical centre still maintains the original medieval town-planning. Also interesting to visit are the Torre Civica (12th century), the Torre del Vescovo (a watchtower by the architects Ambrogio and Lorenzo Maitani in 1326), Palazzo della Corgna (by the architect Galeazzo Alessi in the 16th century), home to the public library and exhibition space, Palazzo Bandini (16th century) and Palazzo Baglioni (18th century).
