Guests are free to use the substantial kitchen and utility room as well as a separate and cosy tv and reading room. The bedroom is very private with an en-suite bathroom which includes a bath and an integrated modern shower. There is an office available for use at all time, including a WiFi printer if required. Privacy is very easily attained in this large property. The location is very secure and guests will need a security code to access the property via electronic gates. There is a large patio area available to the front and the rear as well as decking with lighting and the use of a chiminea in a separate location of the extensive garden. Your host will always be available and amenable to all requests. A pleasant and enjoyable stay for you is their priority. We are very close to the A1 for easy access North and South. An excellent inn can be found within 100 metres which serves quality food. The Angel of the North is close by and Newcastle and Sunderland are only a short taxi journey away. Guests can use car, taxi, bicycle, local bus service and there are many walks and bridleways in the immediate vicinity. A limited breakfast is available. This includes tea, coffee, cereals and toast with preserves. A second room with a double bed is available at the same rate.
