This lovely 1 bedroom Mount Lawley apartment is situated on the ground floor in a small complex. The bedroom opens up to a spacious private courtyard. Perfect for anyone who wants to avoid climbing stairs or a small family (lovely playground minutes away) or business travellers . This is a great little southern facing flat with large windows to let the light in. In a small 60s complex with quiet neighbours + secure parking. Public transport is directly opposite the complex.will sleep 3 grown ups (double bed + king single sofa bed) or 4 with a baby (portacot for hire) . Being on the ground floor it's cool in summer, and the courtyard provides extra area for relaxing. Perfect for a small family or travellers not wanting to navigate flights of stairs after a long day of sightseeing and/or shopping. The entire flat is for your enjoyment and pleasure. There is a kitchen area (with gas stove and kitchenware) adjoining the living area (sofa bed and television) and also an outside recreation space. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board available for use and a portacot is available for hire. A laundry with dryer is available for use for a small fee in the communal space at the opposite side of this small complex. Bearing in mind this is not a 5 star hotel! Extra linen etc is for the next guests arriving - so please do not use this. A charge is incurred, should all linen and towelling be used. Lost keys and secure parking gadget incur a fee for replacement. I'm ten minutes away if needed but in self isolation. Access to the apartment is now via a security pass. Any concerns will be addressed asap but we won't meet in person. Walk down William Street 5 minutes and you'll hit the beautiful Hyde Park and the amazing chilli passionfruit donuts from Chu Bakery on the corner and The Pearl of Highgates great patisseries on Lincoln Street. Keep on walking and you'll be in Northbridge for asian food, William Topp shop for all your souvenirs and gifts and then hit the Cultural Centre (Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA), Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA) and the CBD. Walk down Walcott street to the Astor Theatre, Beaufort strip (Planet Bookshop, Cantina, Mary Street Bakery, boutiques and gift shops, Flying Scotsman pub and the Queens and local IGA supermarket) Walk down Forrest to the North Perth Shopping Plaza (growers mart, Coles, chemist and the fantastic Angove Street which has interior shops, great little cafes and bars (Angove Street Collective, Future Shelter, Milkd, The Laundry, Rosemount Pub for live music…) and designer boutiqued. Mt Lawley, Highgate, Northbridge and North Perth are all within walking distance of the apartment. There is a bus stop opposite the complex on William Street that will take you directly to the Roe Street Bus Station and Perth Train station in Perth CBD. or if you prefer to drive….there is secure parking available - although I always parked on Forrest Street for convenience. Details regarding public transport will be available in your welcome pack. HOW TO GET THERE: UBER would be the most convenient and cheaper than usual taxis - It would take about 20 minutes and cost approx $23 according to their site. Other taxis would charge around $40+ Public Transport would take you around an hour and it requires changing changing buses. It is a good cheap option though. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Transperth Perth to put in your journey information and get the details on bus'. Otherwise catch the 380 from the airport to Elizabeth Quay - then a cab. Perth Airport Shuttle has a flat rate of $15 one way and you'd then catch a cab or make your way to the bus station to catch the public transport bus down William Street.
