The Belle is a big, beautiful, hundred-year-old house located on the Tweed River in the historic village of Tumbulgum. She has just finished renovations to turn her into a luxurious boutique holiday house that can comfortably sleep up to 16+ guests. Check out our full range of internal photos. This spacious house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including 3 x King Bedrooms with Ensuites , 2 x Queen Bedrooms and 1 x Bunkroom that sleeps 6. The Belle has a huge wrap-around verandah with stunning views of the Tweed River which is the perfect place for a morning coffee, afternoon drink, BBQ dinner or snooze on one of the many outdoor lounges. She also boasts a modern kitchen with SMEG appliances, a cozy lounge room with a fireplace, a separate TV/sitting room, and a large dining room. Downstairs is a huge rumpus room that opens onto the lawn and gardens. It’s the ideal space to have a casual game of ‘boules’ or play in your own table tennis championships. There is room to bring your own boat with plenty of space for parking on the property and the boat ramp only 500m up the road. Guests have access to the whole house.
