The unique holiday home Moritz is located only a few kilometres from Siegsdorf, in an idyllic holiday village in the countryside. The tranquil and peaceful accommodation consists of a light-flooded living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (ground floor: 1 queen-size bed, 1st floor: 1 king-size bed per room) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, night-storage heaters, board games, satellite TV and a high chair for children. In the outdoor area, overlooking the woods, you can enjoy a large garden, a balcony, a terrace as well as garden furniture, sun loungers and a sandbox for the little ones. A glass of wine or a delicious local beer on the terrace and meals prepared on the barbecues (charcoal and electric) will round off your days. There are also 3 mountain bikes available (upon request) and there is a tennis court in the recreational park. Furthermore, there is a bike shed and a garden house. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 6.5 km (a 9-minute drive) away in Siegsdorf. Moreover, it is worthwhile to visit the Petrusquelle in Siegsdorf and to explore the many fantastic hiking and walking trails in the Chiemgau. A parking lot is 500 m away from the house. Bed linens and towels are included in the price and available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request: €5 per pet per night for stays under 6 nights.
