Summer Cottage with lush atmosphere and nice views

Set in a 1.000 m2 large parcel with a lush and quiet atmosphere with great views to the Sea, our Summer Cottage offers an excellent place for both families with kids or groups. The parcel is placed directly to fields and with just five minutes to a small beach. Only 2 km's drive, or half an hour walk, the beautiful coastal village of Karrebaeksminde has a perfect beach and several places for local dining and shopping. The house is newly renovated, although the kitchen still needs a brush-up. About the kitchen: We are about to improve the litchen: the stove will at some stage be replaced with a new one. Until then you will have to do with old one. It works, but some of the electric plates are very quick, others very slow. Expect the overside of kitchen cabinets to be a bit dusty - the envitable part of an old summer cottage. Further, we only have a very small oven. There is a Charcoal Kettle Grill and a small and old barbecue grill available as well. You will have access to all parts of the house. We will not be able to assist you during your stay, except by phone. Parking opportunities for a couple of cars. Public transport 15 minutes walk from the house. Four old bikes "sommer house style" available, you probably need to pump the cycles. It is a very nice house, but it will with our stuff at shelves. We will not be able to offer space for your clothes (shelves etc). It will not be as though you have rented a summer cottage via an agency, with everything emptied and cleaned.
