About this space This minimalist style house is suitable for family and friends on vacation or other family related matters. The location is very close to the iconic Kelapa Gading Mall, Gading Food City, Coffee Shop, Hair Salon, Post Office , Jogging Track, LRT, Shuttle Bus. Note : STRICTLY NO PARTY/EVENT WHICH WILL MAKE NOISE TO NEIGHBORHOOD This house is a 3 story building, that has 3 guest rooms, 3 bathrooms , a twin bed, and 2 double bed. On the 3rd floor, there will be a staff room with a bathroom and a laundry room. Except for the staff room, all bedrooms will be facilitated with Air Conditioners. For the living rooms, there will be 2 sofa beds available. This house can hold up to 8 people. Not to mention that there is parking space for 2 cars. The Entire house is yours. Enjoy and relax. My staff will meet welcome you and hand over the keys upon your arrival or you can do self check-in Transport 7 mins walk to the mall via the side gate access to the cluster. 10 mins walk to commuter train 10 mins walk Shuttle bus leading to the Soekarno Hatta Airport (located in main entrance MKG 2) 7 mins walk to shuttle bus that leads to Gading Serpong ( located Gading Food City) Grabcar, GoCar. 5 mins drive to Gading Pluit Hospital Treats: Ground Coffee, Tea bags, Sugar, Mineral Water, Oil, Salt and pepper. Library Corner Board Games, Cards and books are available on the library corner on 2nd floor. These are for in house used only. Please return it after you finish. Few available exercise equipment. Music Corner, Guitar and CD player are available for you to enjoy this place. Kitchen This house has fully functioning modern kitchen that is quite spacious and comfortable. It could be used for cooking. There will be a rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, chopper, a new gas stove, an espresso coffee maker, and a toaster. Cooking utensils are also provided. Other necessities would be available, such as a Washing Machine, TV, hair dryer, and ironing equipment. Bathroom Body Wash, Shampoo and mouth wash are available.
