Cosy room close to London

My place is close to Public transport, Can walk 2 train station 2 London. shops, restaurants, pubs, gym, restaurants, Sutton & Croydon. You’ll love my place because of Good, quiet residential area. Close to transport. Small town, but many places to eat, shop and other conveniences like banks, post office, library, GP's surgery walking distance. Saturday Farmer's market per month. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Guests can use the microwave, toaster and the kettle in the kitchen. Dinning & sitting room is together, where guest can eat. Balcony is accessible to guests from the living room. Guests are welcome to use the lounge, kitchen, bathroom & the balcony. There's a free car park. I m available for a chat with guests, especially in the evening. And also if they need any help to get around and any information about London or UK. It's a very quite residential area. Beautiful typical English village Carshalton is less than 1/2 hour away. Carshalton has Some of the England's oldest ponds which are mentioned on Domesday book too. There are many places of interest around the area, i am happy to inform you if you are interested. Getting about is very convenient from my place. Three bus routes operate just in front of the apartments. Which will take you to as far as Sutton ot Tooting in London SW. Croydon is 10 minutes away by bus. Start of Northern Underground ( Metro) in Morden is approx 20 minutes away by bus (route 157 or 154 from Wallington) London Victoria or London Bridge is about 30-35 minutes from Wallington station. There are very reliable taxi companies in the vicinity & Uber is always a minutes away. There is a car park ( free) behind the block of flats. Please do not bring visitors. No smoking or do not consume alcohol in my house. Guests are not welcome to get drunk and come . Your room and other areas you should kept tidy and clean at all times. Tks PLEASE EAT AT THE DINING TABLE - No Eating in the room please. Continental breakfast will be available with tea & coffee.
