2 - Franklin Hub, Place to Relax N Chill

The place feels like out off Mumbai, quite and peaceful. Each Bedroom has it's own bathroom, hall has a TV, sitting area also a dinning table & a kitchen with filtered water, Tea is free, any extra needs can be ordered on line like food, have a garden & if required a barberque pit can be arranged, top section can be used & it's kept clean after use or at cost of cleaning don't have to pay us pay the person cleaning, snacks can be provided on request. Suggestions are always welcomed to do better I have a lot of pride in my space, I would request you to come & enjoy yourselves, no eating or snacks in the bedrooms. Music to be lowered at 23:00 hrs, unless other guests join in then the time will be to stop music at midnight. Guests will have a room keys & the main door key, please don't latch the door, guests can lock their room & lock the main door when going out & come back whenever they want. Hall & Kitchen is common please feel free to use it but need to wash up after yourself, so the other guests can use it too. Please be considerate for other guests. I'm live 5 minutes away, can also call me on (Hidden by Airbnb) . Eating places are all close by or a phone call away. Breakfast is in house basic & you can be free to make your own breakfast & need to clean after yourself. A person can either walk down or up good exercise, can call a cab. If the guests need the room to be cleaned they have to inform me so that I can open the door for cleaning & supervise myself,
