The three large bedrooms include the master with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a queen room and a double room. The separate main bathroom has both a shower and bath. Located just minutes from the iconic surf beaches of Newport, Bungan, Bilgola and Avalon and to a variety of restaurants and boutiques that ooze casual sophistication and charm. Justin Hemmes newly renovated "The Newport & his fine dining Bert’s Bar & Brasserie” perched on the banks of Pittwater is within easy walking distance. The property is located on Sydney's Northern Peninsular, just fifteen minutes drive to exclusive Palm Beach and one hour from the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Guests have access to the main house, cabana and pool. The entirely separate upstairs loft area may be occupied by other guests during your stay and is not available. The secure garage is available and few parking spaces within the gated area and along the driveway. We will greet you on arrival to issue keys and will be available throughout your stay should you require any assistance. The house is on a battleaxe block away from the road and is quite secluded. It is a short walk to Pittwater, local marinas and to The Newport. It is possible to walk to the village and beach, though a car is definitely recommended. The neighbours are quiet and your privacy will be respected at all times. There is access to the regular bus service to Sydney City or the beaches north to Palm Beach. A car is recommended for convenience. Totally Separate One bedroom upstairs accommodation may be occupied by others guests.
