SAINT LOUIS - LE REGRATTIER

Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), SAINT LOUIS - THE REGRATTIER is a nice and modern 1-bedroom apartment of 50 m² (floor area). It is bright and quiet, with a parquet floor and a fire place (not in use). The entrance to the apartment (south facing) leads to the living room and bathroom (on the right) and has cupboards. The living-room (36 m²) feels cozy thanks to the brick fireplace and the carpet; and bright thanks to its 2 windows (facing a quiet courtyard - South exposure). It has a sofa, 2 leather armchairs around a coffee table, small book shelves, a TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The American kitchen, the living room with a wooden bar, the fridge, the dish-washer, the induction hob, the oven, the micro-wave, the Nespresso coffee machine, a French coffee machine (with filters) and a kettle. The bedroom (10 m²) is located on the mezzanine (stairs from the living-room). It has a small window on one side, facing the entrance on another side. The room is equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom (6 m²) features a wide Italian shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. About the neighborhood: More chic and less touristic than its neighbor Ile de la Cite, Ile Saint-Louis is one of the nicest places for a walk in Paris. It has stayed almost the same as 400 years ago. Its architecture and village atmosphere make it the perfect place to enjoy Paris at any time of the year. You can cross the island by its 2 main streets (with many shops), or walk around the island and admire the numerous former private mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries. Foods will love the delicious ice cream at Berthillon, one of the best (unless it’s the best!) ice-cream maker in Paris. The Ile Saint Louis Theater, located on Quai d’Anjou, features one of the smallest scenes in Paris, where you can enjoy contemporary programming as well as concerts. The Marais neighborhoods only 5 minutes walking distance, the Latin Quarter - 10 minutes. Metro lines 1, 4, 7 and 10 are nearby.
