Fully-Equipped, Traditional House on the Garden Floor of a Beautiful Country Villa, Consisting of 1 Large Double Bedroom, Living Room with Fireplace, Dining Area, Kitchen, Bathroom and Terrace. It Has Its Own Terrace, Access to BBQ Area and 500 sq. m. Garden. Hygiene is our number one priority. We make sure to have at least 24-hour gaps between bookings and we sterilise all spaces with antiviral solutions. Rest assured: WE KEEP OUR HOUSE COVID-FREE! The Apartment is an Autonomous Part of a Countryside Villa. Its size is approx 90 sq. m. and sleeps 4 people. It is ideal for families because of its Space, Garden Access and Small Distance from a Beautiful Sandy Beach. It Consists of a large Open-Plan Area which includes a Spacious Living Room with two sofa beds, a Dining Area and a Fully-Equipped Open-Plan Kitchen with a Kitchen Table. The Apartment has a Large Bedroom with a Built King-Size Bed and Floor-to-Ceiling Wardrobe, a refurbished bathroom and Second Floor-to-Ceiling Wardrobe next to the Bathroom. Guests will have Access to the Apartment, the Terrace, Garden, BBQ area and Free Parking. However, Guests Will Not Access the Rest of the Villa. We Provide Discreet House-Keeping Services on a Second-Day Basis. Change of Sheets and Towels Takes Place Every Three Days. Additionally, We Are Also Able to Offer Recommendations on Sight-Seeing and Places To Visit Which Would Make Your Visit Unforgettable. The Villa is built in a Quiet and Peaceful Area, on the Slopes of the Hills Overlooking the Bay of Palio, only 10km from the City of Kavala. In the Area Our Guests Will Find Quality and Affordable Taverns, Super-Markets, Gas Stations and a Pharmacy. The Beautiful Beach of Palio is within a 5' Walking Distance. The Beach Stretches across the Bay and Has Organised Areas (with Beach Bars and Sea Beds) but also some Remote and Peaceful Areas away from Crowds. The Villa is only 5' away from a Bus Stop with Regular and Frequent Service to the City of Kavala and nearby Villages. The Bus Ride to the City of Kavala is only 20'. By Car is only 10' away. We Can also Provide Recommendations of Car Rental Services and Arrange Airport Pick-Ups and Transfers by Taxi upon Request. The Apartment is Partially Built in the Ground Therefore It Is very Cool even in the Hottest Days of the Summer.
