Saas near Klosters: stylish mountain apartment.

The apartment is located in the picturesque and sunny village of Saas at the edge of the Klosters-Davos ski area. Saas is a traditional Swiss village comprising charmingly decorated wooden chalets, a beautiful church and is in a stunning location. The apartment is decorated in modern Alpine theme comprising oak floors, carved wooden furniture, art work and luxurious soft furnishings. There is a large comfortable lounge with open fire place and extensive views of the Gotschna and surrounding mountain ranges. With two comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen living room, the apartment is a relaxing haven after a day on the slopes or a day exploring the local walking or biking trails. The pictures need updating. The bathrooms were both been renovated in January 2022. The house also has a shared ski room, laundry room and ample parking including lockable garage. There is a large sunny terrace with sofas and chairs as well as a small garden. We'll be available to answer any questions you may have about the house and the surrounding area. We take great pleasure in knowing our guests have had a wonderful vacation. We are also usually able to check our guests in and out of the property. A children's playground and small free ice skating rink are located 70 metres away. Children can access these through fields and this is a very safe environment. The village shop and restaurant, bar and guest house (Gasthaus Rathaus) are located 40 metres away. There is plenty of parking including a lockable garage. The bus stop with regular buses into Klosters is located 40 metres from the house. The train station is a 10 - 15 minute walk. The large private terrace and garden make it particularly ideal for children.
