Cozy Bedroom with own bathroom & toilet

My place is close to public transport, 2-3 minute drive to Claudelands Event Centre, 6-7 minute drive to the city centre or the university, 5 minutes drive to the Botanical Gardens. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance; we are a pretty relaxed couple who enjoy our home & hope you will too. Suited to couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We share a driveway with one other neighbour (common in NZ), but have other neighbours on our boundary, all very quiet. You have your own nicely decorated bedroom with a NZ queen size bed, quality bed & bath linen, TV with free WIFI. The bathroom and toilet are also recently decorated; they are not ensuite but are across the hall from your bedroom & are not shared with us or any other guests. We provide complimentary shower gel & bathrobes. We are the left hand house on a shared (50m) driveway. Please drive right up to the house & park in the space as per photo. There are 3 wide, shallow steps to the front deck & our front door. Your room is within our house, not separate to it. Both my husband and I will be out at work most days but in the house almost every evening. We appreciate that guests are not here to visit us personally & may not be interested in interaction so we leave the contact level entirely up to the guest. The neighbourhood is entirely residential, quiet, well lit & safe to walk round. There is a small grocery store 2 minutes walk from our house which is open 7 days/week. There's a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house which connects to the centre of town & the national bus depot & another stop slightly further away which connects to the university. We are situated just a short distance from Wairere Drive which gives good access north & south without going into the CBD so it's easy to get out to surrounding attractions such as Hobbiton in Matamata & Waitomo Caves.
