Our offer is a lockable private air conditioned room situated 8-10 minutes walk to USQ. The place is suitable for individuals who need to attend USQ for a short period. This is a 6 bedrooms house with 2 separate areas. Each side has 3 bedrooms share 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and toilet. It is a lockable room has a single bed, bedside table, desk with wall mounted TV/DVD (VGA and audio cables to connect laptop), office chair. All bedrooms has air condition unit, ceiling fans. The apartment is fully equipped, suitable for short and long term accommodation. Guests will have access kitchen, laundry and lounge/dining room. There is also a washing machine in the house. Parking is available in front of the building. We are available to use text or phone for interaction. The university campus and main bus stop is just 10 minutes walk from my place. The buses from there will take you to the Toowoomba city center. If you are coming from Brisbane airport: There is a door to door van service . $65 for 1 way and $120 for return Please visit (Website hidden by Airbnb) If you are coming from Toowoomba airport, taxi or Uber will take approximately 20 minutes and cost approximately AUD$50-60. During your stay I will not service your room to allow your privacy. However I provide extra linen, towels and cleaning goods. I am happy for you to help yourselves to tea and coffee. There is space in the fridge and pantry for your food and you are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry.
