House composed of an entry with a kitchen, pretty living room with sofa bed and dining area, double bedroom, complete bathroom with bath and a room with 2 beds. Two entrances one in front and another behind. BBQ, and garden surrounding it. It’s a unique place because it is the internal of a harbour with many green spaces. If you have a rubber boat to a maximum of 6 meters, you have the possibility to have it parked in the garden and to shove in the water you'll have to ask in the offices of the port (separate payment), but anyway there is a ramp. I don't live in the area. In the interior of the port there is a bar, a delicious self-service restaurant, a basketball court and another of volleyball. There is private parking in front of the house. Monfalcone is a city very close to Grado, Gorizia and Nova Gorica (Slovenia) and Trieste. Possibility of making nice barbecues in the open area. The house has WI-FI internet from September 2017. During the winter the house is rented for a minimum of 1 week. The heating is autonomous, and the purchase of Gpl cylinders is a cost charged to the guest.
