Getting Around: Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all. Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass. Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores or petrol stations or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer. If you drive, we do have a FREE secured parking slot available for you. Other Things to Note: This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally. This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers. 3-seater sofa bed measurements: - Measurements when sofa: Width: 230 cm Depth: 91 cm Height: 79 cm - Measurements when bed: Width: 140 cm Length: 200 cm Please do let us know before hand if you would like us to pre-make the sofa-bed prior to your arrival. I will not be present at this property during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF.
