Charming maisonette with garden in Kastrosikia, near two beautiful Ionian beaches. Capable of accomodating up to six people, you can relax at home and enjoy the view of the Ionian Sea or visit the nearby sights and beaches! The town of Preveza, the island of Lefkada and the beautiful resort of Parga are only a short drive away. Alternatively, you can enjoy a swim in one of the many beaches dotting these routes! A pleasantly decorated maisonette, ideal for vacation with family or friends, with accomodation for up to six people. There are three bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Ionian sea while the attic, with its two big couches and a large, built-in bed is ideal for children. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of which has a clothes washing machine. The living & dining area is colourfully decorated with access to its own balcony, overlooking the garden. The garden encircles the house and the forward side in shade, making it ideal for relaxing in the evening breeze. The house has two bedrooms and an attic each with a double bed, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table. All spaces communicate via internal stairs. I am available to assist you with anything you need, in English. The maisonette is situated in the quiet settlement named "Kira's Pidima", near Kastrosikia, Preveza. Within a very short distance you can find two super markets and two beaches. One of these (Kastrosikia beach) is dotted with restaurants, beach bars and cafeterias. If you have a vehicle, you can easily visit some of the best destinations on the Ionian coast! The famous resort of Parga is only 45km away and the main town of Preveza 18km. The island of Lefkada, with its beach of Porto Katsiki -almost a permanent feature in the top 10 most beautiful beaches on the planet- is only a 28km drive away! Aktion airport is only 20km away, allowing you a carefree short hop to and from the airport. No public transporation is available. You can park your car οn the road in front and around the maisonette. There is no infrastructure to accomodate disabled people.
