Comfortable flat in the hart of Budva. The flat has 56 square meters, one bedroom with a lovely balcony facing the backyard, very modern kitchen with access to all kitchen appliances. Bathroom is very clean and spacious. The building has two elevators. You also get free WIFI and cable television. Bed rugs and clean towels are also provided. The flat is in a quiet area. In the building next to the entrance has a very big store were you can buy all the groceries needed, the building is only 4 years old so it looks like a brand new. Distance between the flat and the beach is about 7 minutes of walking. Bus station, police and hospital are 200 meters away. Guests will have access to everything is in the flat.
