Perfect Coastal Retreat

Bryngwyn Annexe is a lovely two bedroom property situated in Ynyslas. The property consists of an open plan kitchen/living area with separate wc on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with 1 single and 1 double. The modern bathroom provides a bath with shower over. Externally the property benefits from a private patio area and private off road parking The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive to Borth and 10 minute drive to Aberystwyth. The annexe provides a comfortable and cosy coastal retreat for (up to) 5 people. The cost of the annexe is £90 per night for up to 4 sharing and £10 extra per additional person per night. The annexe backs on to our main residence so there will always be someone on hand to assist with any requirements throughout your stay. Ynyslas sits in the Dyfi National Nature Reserve. There’s a stunning three miles of golden beach with rolling sand dunes stretching from the village of Borth to the Dyfi estuary. Within the spectacular landscape of beach, sea, estuary and mountains there’s ample opportunity for walking, birdwatching, water sports, fishing, cycling and golfing. With a choice of four top quality golf courses within an hour’s drive including Ynyslas GC on its doorstep the annexe makes a great base for golfers. For cyclists there’s Bwlch Nant Yr Arian with it’s excellent mountain bike trails for all abilities and skills park. The charming coastal village of Borth is a two minute drive away with its eclectic mix of eateries and shops and even a boutique cinema! Slightly further afield is the university town of Aberystwyth with its picturesque Victorian promenade and impressive castle ruins. There is a bus stop right around the corner from the annexe which runs from Aberystwyth to Ynyslas and back, stopping at Borth and various other villages in between. There is a train station at Borth which services Aberystwyth and in the opposite direction Birmingham and the Cambrian Coast line. There are various taxi firms locally. The property is an annexe adjoining our main family home. We are a family of 6 with 3 young children and a baby. You will hear some noise transference but we have put insulation in place to improve this.
